Selecting the right caterer is an important decision, one that ultimately reflects your good taste and judgment. We want you to be informed, ask us anything.

Are you able to accommodate special dietary needs ?
In a word, yes. We have an extensive menu and are ready to accommodate any taste, restriction, or special need such as Parsi, Gujrati, Jain and Kosher. Our Customised Catering Experience starts with customizing your menu. Making your food experience from the Megameal perfect and memorable is our goal.
Do I need to rent anything ? Do you take care of rentals ?
Absolutely, we prefer to take care of the rentals. First, it is part of a stress-free experience and for your convenience. You have one point of contact, and, you do not have to worry about forgetting anything, worry about adjustments, or, coordinating deliveries and returns. Secondly, with 28 years of catering experience, we know what will be required for dishes, linens, tables, chairs, contingency plans for indoor and outdoor options, etc. Our fee is twenty-five percent of the cost of the rentals.
Do you look after other services, like flowers and finding a band ?
We will customize any service that you require, including flowers, music, balloons to crystal vases, limousine service, valet parking, entertainment, dance floors, ice sculptures, tents, and anything else you can throw our way. Just ask!
Are you able to make arrangement for alcohol at my party ?
Absolutely. The cost of alcohol is determined and you pay the current price. We will charge a thirty percent handling fee for arranging all oft he details concerning your beverages including purchasing, chilling, and delivery. We also charge only for what is consumed, not for all that we bring to an event. For more details please speak to our events co-ordinator or duty manager.
I am not sure how many people will be attending, how do you know how much to order ?
One of our event planners will help you with the proper portioning. In order to give you the maximum flexibility, we only require a guarantee on numbers 72 hours prior to functions. After that time, we will do our best to accommodate increases. However, we are not able to accommodate decreases in numbers.
If something unforeseen happens and I have to cancel, how much notice do you need ?
The client may cancel the party up to 72 hours prior for a ninety percent refund of the deposit. After that time, the food deposit is not refundable, but the alcohol deposit is ninety percent refundable.
I will be booking my event one month in advance, are you prices guaranteed?
The price quoted on any event will always be honoured. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Do I have to have catering staff or will you deliver food without staff?
Most definitely, we will gladly deliver to the location of your choice. Applicable delivery charges will apply according to distance traveled.
Can I pick up an order?
Yes. Our cakes and desserts are a must have item for most gatherings and celebrations. Casseroles, pasta and dinner selections make your life much easier, and our clients rave about our salads. Please note that there are minimum orders on certain food items and 24 hour minimum notice is required for all orders. Times for pick- up are between 8:30am and 5:30pm M-F. Pick up times for Saturday orders should be verified.
What are your terms of payment? Is a deposit required?
We require a seventy-five percent deposit upon signing of the contract, two weeks prior to your event.
All alcohol must be prepaid.
The balance is due in seven days.
